Details: The Embassy is not responsible for any lost documents sent by regular mail . It is necessary to answer all the questions of the Application Form. Dependent children: a written approval from parents must be enclosed. Please, make sure you mentioned your complete address and phone number. The Consular section is not compelled to give any justification if does not issue a visa
