On August 10, 2018 an agreement between the Government of the Republic of Belarus and the Government of the Peoples Republic of China on mutual visa exemption for holders of common passports, signed in Qingdao June 10, 2018 will enter into force.
It means that Belarusians can stay in China visa free for up to 30 days during one trip, but not more than 90 days a year. The same approach applies to Chinese citizens. Visa-free travel covers private, business and tourist trips. For those who want to stay in the country for more than 30 days or engage in educational or professional activities, a special visa is needed.
